I have an odd combination of marketing and real estate experience. Prior to working at Epoch Lending Corporation, I was the owner of an online marketing agency, Mr. Leads. I’ve done several types of mortgage loans, mostly debt consolidation and reverse mortgages. I also did mortgage closings as a freelance loan closer for 11 years and have seen just about every kind of situation you can think of. For the past 10 years, I’ve also been an active real estate investor, with a focus on tax certificate and tax foreclosed property. This gives me a unique perspective you won’t find anywhere else. I’m also VERY passionate about networking and referrals. For 5 years, I ran a networking group called Dayton Pulse and met many local business owners. I LOVE giving referrals. If you need to meet anyone or need any resource, just ask. There’s always someone in every town who “knows a guy”. Here in Dayton, I am that someone who “knows a guy.” Ok, several guys (and girls)! Mostly though, I’m passionate about seeing that you have an amazing mortgage experience. It’s a stressful time in your life. I want to make sure that I take off as much of that stress as possible. As far as the community, I definitely believe in giving back. Every week I volunteer as a Radio Reader at Goodwill and love it! I’m also very involved with Toastmasters. I have the Distinguished Toastmaster award which less than 1% of Toastmasters members earn. On the personal side, I live in Miami Township, with my wife, my son and my dog and cat.
